* This month we will be reading about, writing about and creating snowmen.
  *We would love to interview a few grandparents or great grandparents for our
   Then and Now Social Studies unit of study. Please email me if you can arrange it.
  *We will be writing our first letter to our new penpals!

Homework and Reminders:
 
1.Student homework is listed in his or her Homework Binder for the
  entire week. Please follow the schedule for each night, complete, place in
  Mail Pocket and return the binder to school each day.

  2.Please remember to empty the important notices "Tuesday FISH Folder"
    that comes home on Tuesdays.
   
  3.The students will be assessed on their sight words every Friday.
      This week's assessment will be on random words from the first two columns
      and the next five from the third column.Please practice your child's
      sight words with him or her daily. Your child should be able to read them and write them.
